Does Invisalign hurt?
Most patients experience mild discomfort or pressure for the first 1-3 days after switching to a new set of aligners. Sometimes when you change the aligner, it is best to do it in the night prior to sleeping so that by early morning next day your teeth have already moved to a new position and discomfort is minimal. How do I clean my Invisalign aligners?

Do not use toothpaste or hot water. Clean your aligners every time you brush your teeth to prevent bacteria buildup and discoloration.
